Plein Air Pawling 2024 Hold Harmless Agreement

‘Hosts’ refers below to Town of Pawling, Village of Pawling, Town of Patterson, Oblong Land Conservancy, ArtEast, Arts Mid-Hudson and host businesses: Pawling Farmers Market, Peterson’s Patterson Greenhouses, M&M Garden Shop, Parrino’s Nursery, Native Landscaping, Garden Large, Dykeman Farm. ‘Hosts’ also refers to the elected and appointed officials, the employees, agents and volunteers of the abovenamed entities.

I __________________________fully release and hold harmless abovenamed Hosts for any injury or loss to myself, my possessions, and/or my artwork during the activities of ArtEast Plein Air Pawling 2024 event. I HOLD HARMLESS AND AGREE NOT TO FILE A CLAIM OR TAKE OTHER LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE HOSTS AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT IT IS A FULL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY, AND SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
